National Bank of Pakistan
Developed a digital strategy for G2P and P2G payments, including assessment of technology infrastructure and architecture, assessing the bank’s digital readiness, developed a national G2P and P2G payments landscape, conducted a costing exercise to determine per-transaction cost, review of processes with mapping, and organization restructuring for digital transformation

Central Directorate of National Savings
Developed digital transformation strategy and IT governance framework; designed organization restructuring and HR strategy for the IT function; reviewed new core banking system; designed digital products and processes with rule change recommendations; developed vendor procurement packs for identified technology solutions; managed the procurement process; and onboarded vendors

Benazir Income Support Program
Developed a technology transformation strategy with complete review of technology function’s systems (infrastructure and architecture), processes and people; assessed organization’s technology requirements and recommended 10 strategic initiatives; initiated implementation of IS 27001 information security standard and management system
